Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--3.9, 3.05; HindIII--3.6, 2.5, 0.9; PstI--2.45, 1.5, 1.2, 1.1, 0.54; BamHI--5.2, 1.2, 0.48; SalI--7.0. Insert contains BamHI (2) and HindIII (2) sites. Includes part of intron 4, exon 5, intron 5, exon 6, and 3' flanking sequences. Cross-hybridizes to mouse Pim-1 gene under stringent conditions. Vector PyT is a pBR322 derivative with a deletion between EcoRII sites 1058 and 2500. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: EcoRI, HindIII. |
